[Advice] Buying first BMW

I've been looking to purchase an E90 for a while now, and I think the time is now. I found a 08' 335i with 112k miles on it. I am a little unsure since a BMW with that many miles can be a hit or a miss. Similarly, I found a 06' 330i with 89k miles. I don't know which one to get. I am willing to get less power in the 330i if it means fewer maintenance problems. Any advice?

06' 330i - $10,000

08' 335i - $10,599

Personally, I would go with the 330 if you want to avoid headaches.

I am currently looking for an older 3er as a second car. Never in a million years would I consider one of the earlier turbo models.
