Help Limp Mode

I have these codes:

2c6f
281A
2c58
I have searched and read about these codes. I recently installed a JB4 Bluetooth adapter and did not install it properly. I installed the Bluetooth wire to a 12v red wire outside of the jb4 wire loom instead of the 5v red wire inside of the wire loom. I have read in my searches this has been the causes for these codes. I uninstalled the JB4 Bluetooth adapter all together and the codes are still there. I hooked up my laptop and tried to delete the codes but they came back immediately. Any help to point me in the right direction would help. thanks
