I vote dirty.
JonMad had a lovely effect going on at one of the meets, sort of a smoked bronze effect that was all brake dust.

I think that looks awesome.
A re-colour is an option for me if I can't get mine clean. I wonder how good a gloss black would be? Or is that a step too far?

Gloss black ?? too much I think, also I would be terrified of parking anywhere near the curb for any nicks or scatches

They look dirty to me aswell. Do they have the added effect of making you park bad too?

dont go with gloss mate , that would just look really tacky. I was considering having my wheels powder coated as well to give them a refresh, but i was thinking either matt black ( with a slight laquer on for protection purposes ) or either a dark titanium colour , like the ones above.

Look filthy, like caked on mud aswell as brake dust.
Go anthracite, it looks much better!
