335i - Changing coil packs

Anyone have a DIY or any links to one covering how to change coil packs?

I have a misfire on one and want to swap it to another cylinder to see if it is the coil pack that is dodgy. I've tried searching and can't seem find anything definitive.

Thanks

Here you go mate: http://www.e90post.com/forums/showth...highlight=coil

This is a DIY to change the spark plugs, but you need to remove the coils to do that anyway

Try the first part of this: http://www.e90post.com/forums/showthread.php?t=658985

Dead easy once you've done it the first time.

Got my coil packs swapped over, looks like I do have a dodgy one.

Anyone know the best place to buy one?
I've seen a part on bmminiparts.com (part no 12 13 7571643) which is a bosch part but not sure if it's the right one. Anyone able to shed some light?

Cheers mate, just had a look at the bosch ones they sell. Do you know if it is the same one as the dealers?

Looks like they average about £30 - £40 each and 6 needed so £180 - £240 for all 6.
