Know of any Trust-worthy, Fairly-Priced Jewelers in Hunt Valley, Baltimore?

Reaching out for help. I'm trying to tie the knot with my girlfriend (of 5+ years) this year, and I don't know where to begin.

If you guys know of any reputable, fairly-priced, trust-worthy jewelers in the Hunt Valley / Baltimore areas, please share. I want to start shopping for new rings, and hope to finalize a sale before the summer's here.

Smyth in Timonium should have a reasonable selection. I'll check it out once in a while when window shopping for watches.

Littmans in Towson mall ain't too bad. They've got some good diamonds there.

Yes, radcliffe. Todd Brown is the manager and will cut you some great deals, especially on the estate sales jewelry.

hunt valley has a lot of nice places, but are going to be a bit over priced due to the area, do a little shopping around, but as long at the diamonds have their GIS certs you should be fine

That's also a reasonable place to check out some watches while the brain cools off from diamond shopping. If the lady gets involved in the diamond shopping, depending on her demeanor, the mall surroundings may feel less than special however. Use it as a litmus test.

Move away form the pricey area's and check out Saxons' Diamond Center in Bel Air.

Thanks for the heads up, guys. I'm trying to stay away from the big names -- Smyth's, Kays, etc -- because they like to mark up everything they sell.

I have heard great things about JBROWN, so I'll be checking out that place. I'll also check out Radcliffe (timonium), and it seems Saxon's Diamond Center has some great pieces as well.
