I have to disagree wit you this is why you buy a 335is. You can only get the DCT on a 335is. Not knocking the Manual but try driving one with a DCT and then voice your opinion. For that stick with a manual 335i and do FBO.

Lol I have driven both.. but thanks for assuming.. we all know what makes that out of you. My IS is my Sunday treat car which is why I opted for the manual.. I know the DCT is faster and more convenient but I don't think it fits this car's character.

I think you struck a nerve and made a stupid comment! Then why is the 335is the only model wit the DCT option available then? I would love to line up to the light with you in your manual.

The 335is is special, and mostly due to the DCT being made available just like as in the M cars. I have never driven a 335is Manaual and would like to some day but still love my lightning fast shifts in my 335is DCT. Love the options it gives me.

That is fine and everyone is free to their opinion, I am not arguing about which combo is faster. Everyone has their preferences. I just don't like your disparaging comment that if you bought a 335is with a DCT you bought the wrong car. I just hope no one based their purchase on your biased comment. I am glad you have your ride now enjoy it.
