zapco 350x2 have you come cross this amp?

I came across this amp on another forum, the seller claim it is same as 2 zapco 350.2, but stacked together. It price cheaper than one 350.2... it sounds too good to be true...

Have you come across this amp?

Then it probably is.

What does he even mean by "they are stacked"? Is he selling two that are mounted together somehow, or did he literally stick the components into one case?

There really is no sane reason to sell two of something for cheaper than one unless it's blown, unstable or he's full of crap.

Found out it is a reference series that was discontinued, it doesn't have DSP build in the units. Wonder anyone have experience with them...

If you're asking if Reference amps are good, sure. They are also huge. Given what's available out there today sizewise, I wouldn't buy a Ref if I didn't already own it.

Thanks for the response VP. Reason I looked into Zapco because you recommend that for your level 2 upgrades... I guess it is a totally different animal from DC series as I found out.
