HELP: JB4 ISO not working
I updated to ISO and im showing a half engine light. The firmware updated fine and ive been running N55 stage 2 for months now. Everything is fine when the car starts, but after about minute of warmup, the half engine light appears and the JB4 stops responding. Currently have no boost, no steering wheel controls to maps and scared to move the car. Emailed Terry just before. Does anyone know what it could be or anyone that had the same issue?

This might be stupid.....but what map are you running? After ISO you cannot run Map 0 or else you will get the half engine light.

The last map I ran was map 5. But I currently have no steering wheel controls and the JB4 is not communicating with the car. Ill recheck all connections and sensors as soon as the weather gets better, hopefully it's just a loose connection.

I rechecked all connections and sensors including power, CAN, and ground. They were all fine. The JB4 doesn't connect to the interface now either. I also added the flexfuel wires to the harness, its possible that there may be a loose connection there, but that doesn't explain why the JB4 doesn't communicate with the interface now when it did yesterday. My only guess is that it has something to do with during the cutting of the diode.
Currently running stock and will recheck the board and attempt to reinstall JB4 ISO after some more research. Any thoughts guys? Should I try buying a new diode and running stage 2 again? |

Update: FIXED!!
Found out a few of the CAN wires broke off from the brown wire. Just wire stripped it and reinstalled, everything running fine again. Anyone with the same issue I would suggest rechecking the CAN and fuse wires to see if all the wires are properly connected. Also check to see if all dsubs are properly inserted into the harness. Filled up some E85 and ran ISO map 5. The car pulls like crazy!!! Thanks for the help guys!!
