anyone know what email for bmw goodwill

as many will know my idrive is fucked, cost £179 to find out last week and £1200 to fix, what pisses me off as the same part went 4 years ago and cost over £1000 then (under warrenty) ,a 47k car should last longer than that,so i thought i would go down the route emailing bmw uk first asking them for some goodwill for my car, now the main chip is gone again i have no idrive or radio, and going to cost alot to fix as its out of warrenty,plus my local dealers havnt heard of any of these going wrong,
any help out there please

Last time I had to solve a problem, some bloke called 'Jonny Coombes' was the man at BMW UK who could, and did make things happen. Suggest you try and get hold of him. Cant find his details right now I'm afraid.
