Don't worry, you will find another scam on kijiji soon. I've seen many of those listed. If you reply, they always say they are out of the country, just send them cash and you will get the car shipped to you etc. It's usually some really strange situation they tell you.

I messaged the guy and he replied back saying he was away at the moment (in Greece)...

I dunno, sounded like a scam.
