Need advice on 2011 328XI Lease Deal
I just got a deal on a 2011 328xi with Nav, Premium, Value, Heated Steering Wheel, Satellite Radio:
MSRP: $42,815 Selling Price: $35,320 Residual: 71% - $30,398 Money Factor: .00185 Drive Off: $3300 (first month, bank fee, tax, down payment) ~$2013 is going to down payment according to the dealer. Term: 27 month / 12K miles Payment: $316 Is this a good deal or something is not right. I tried BMWConfig site, but the numbers I am getting there are way off.. |

Your selling price looks good. It's less than the car I'm getting without navigation. I wouldn't give them a downpayment though. I don't see any financial benefit of giving the dealership any extra money.

What are your payments looking like? If you don't mind. Using the BMW Config I am getting a payment of 260 instead of 316 based on selling price and residual.

Go to www.leaseguide.com, select the Lease Calculator link and enter the data.
I came out with a much lower payment, especially considering you are paying the tax up front. |

It seems like the sell price is really $37400. Using that number you get the correct number. He said that considering I was putting 2k down, he gave me the adjusted cap cost and not the gross cap cost.
