I was there earlier today. What did he look like? Old, phaggy guy? Mid-life crisis?

The thing is when people do this, do they not understand that those who actually notice it WILL know the difference between an M or AMG or Brabus?

Those who are unaware will not even give it a thought.

Me and a friend saw an "E46 M3" the other night at Amadeus night club. I pulled up next to him and said nice M3 you have there, what have you done with the quad exhausts, there seems to be only one and no lip spoiler. He said he likes it with less clutter at the back. I then said this isn't an M3 and he was like is yours an M3.../facepalm. He had I think his wife in the car at the time as well who seemed to look embarassed.

So someone who perhaps has a Brabus engine modification done or a Brabus remap shouldn't be able to put a Brabus badge on?

Nah not sufficient enough. Since this is what a BRABUS should look like.

Merc fans will laugh at him as he's got the BRABUS badge on the wrong side.

That brabus car is in fact a 'c220CDI', but like being said he may have a brabus map on there. However in my book it still should not wear the badge, I agree - CLOWN!

I think they use tuning boxes, and they look very similar to the ones Andrew sells at DTUK.

I had a similar type on an encounter with a CL500 V8 Kompressor AMG a few days ago
He barely had any space left on the back of the car. Anyway overtook him at 69mph.
