Coolant fluid
On my 335i, I checked my coolant level, and the red bobbling stick just came to the surface, it was not raised higher than the cap of the coolant container. I have no had any warning lights come on, but should I add coolant or is it fine?
Basically the red stick that bobbles up and down in the coolant container is right at the edge of the surface. I saw a video saying if the coolant was completely full, the red stick would bobble up past the surface. |

You only need to add about a cup more of coolant to make the stick "bob" above the top of the reservior. Just poor a little (water, coolant or mixture) in and go about your way.
