Wasn't a huge fan of the original one but that one looks great.
I don't think it is, its the indicators that look crap. Doesn't flow to me but i was thinking you could use some film to continue the line of the bonnet and make it look a bit meaner! Easier said than done though....

Going to keep an eye out for a black M Sport 2.0d!

The engines aren't great though. The 1.9 diesel is probably the best option as the v6 is too slow and thirsty. The 5 pot diesel is ok - it's what I would have gone for but it's not a patch on the BMW 6 pot derv unit.
1.9 Ti is the only one to have! I really like them but as the Mrs says if you like them so much swap your car for one! Turns out I don't like them THAT much!

Lol, she's seen through your ruse of trying to have two cars that YOU like in the household!

Still have to say that the 159, especially in Ti guise is one of the best looking saloons of the last decade. Women hey, what do they know?

Just a shame they didn't do any really exciting engines to compete with the bigger powered German's, even the V6 is a bit weak with only 260bhp. Would have loved to have seen them do a proper GTA with 300bhp+, I'd probably be in one now.

I love tan leather.. it always makes me think of Italian exotica.

Apart from the 1.9, I agree that all the engines were below par. A 300+ bhp one should have been made for sure.!

The tan leather looks great. Especially with the red....

All this talk of 159's has made me determined to make her see the light failing that an X3 will have to do!!

Back on the BMW front I actually really like saddle in an E92:

Not a great picture but get the idea with black.
