Just introducing myself to this section of the forums. I recently got accepted to USC by appealing my rejection and I'm super stoked to go there. I'm sure I'll end up meeting some of you as I plan on attending meets. Seems like there is a ton of car/bmw culture in LA so I'm excited to be a part of it all. Sadly, I won't be taking my car to college but I want to get a cheaper e30 to have some fun working with.

USC = University of Southern California.
SCU = Santa Clara University

Congrats on the acceptance. I should've appealed my case too but ended up not doing it.

Thank everybody. Luckily I have my parents backing my decision to USC and they will be helping relieve the imminent debt.
By chance, does anyone know if used e30's are easy to find around LA?

congratulations on your acceptance to USC! great school... although I go to UCLA myself. USC was my 2nd choice though. you'll love it there, I'm sure! I guess it's a good thing your E90 won't be coming, because parking in LA is the worst, and driving during rush hour is horrible.
