i took my rear bumper off to get it ready for it to be installed. and i look under the car and i dont see where any piping can go to create a 2nd exhaust. i see a whole bunch of plastic. any solutions?

The spare compartment for the trunk is bigger in the 328i. You will have to get the 335i trunk compartment to allow for the 2nd muffler to fit as mentioned in arious threads.

No... There is a removeable storage compartment under the trunk liner that can be replaced.

With this muffler you don’t have to remove the trunk compartment.
