I will owe first payment, tags, etc at signing. The dealer also claims there is a $795 app fee with BMWFS.

Any comments on is lease deal?
This sounds like an ok deal considering 15K a year and no money down.

I am in the market for a 335d as well. Please let me know which dealer you end up going with.

Jimmy/Ryan are a great team to deal with here on the west coast (and beyond). If you know the exact car you want, expect a hassle free experience from them.

Its hard to say without being able to run it through the computer. We sell everything at 500 or 600 over invoice sometime even better. Your deal if I had to guess based on the payment was about 1000 to 1500 over invoice. At the end of the day you got a great car! Congrats!

I don't mean to sound rude, but the "I just paid X for a car I just picked up, did I get a good deal?" is a question that should not be asked in the first place. What purpose does it serve? If you didn't get a good deal, buyers remorse and sadness clouds the grin factor of driving a sweet machine. Its too late..don't ask..don't look back..be happy.

These questions should be asked before you sign on the dotted line. My 2 cents..

Well, some people haven't pulled the trigger yet, and others are just chatting about it, like a bunch of guys after a fishing trip

What I don't get is the people who are posting the prices they got without all of the pertinent details. The only figure that matters (at least to me), is the dollar amount over/under invoice. The rest, especially monthly payments is dependent on so many factors (amount down, MSDs, number of miles, etc) that it's basically useless.

^^Def want to make sure you make the negotiation of the price of the car the most important thing instead of just trying to hit a payment. I see so many end user who always say i just want to get a payment of x, instead you should be thinking ok I want to pay x for the car what does the payment equal at that price.

however at the end of the day this thread is labeled "post your lease deals" so the guys are suppose to post their deals. But those of you who are on here browsing or lurking at the posted deals feel free to contact me if you have any questions or would like a quote. At the end of the day im here to make sure you get the best deal you are able to get whether its from me or your local dealer

335i Lease Questions

Hi all,

Great posts, terrific info. Wanted to share mine and ask a few questions:

2011 335i sedan
Leather
Metallic Paint
Premium
Heated seats & steering wheel
Satellite Radio
3yrs, 10k per year
MF - .00076 (.0012 less owner loyalty discount less 2 extra security deposits)
Rolling Doc & Acq fee into lease
Being charged $400 MACO (also rolled into lease)
Dealer will sell to me @ $500 over invoice price for car plus all options

Questions:
Do I really have to pay MACO or is it negotiable?
Is $500 over invoice good, great or crappy?
Is the Acq Fee ever negotiable (this is my 4th consecutive lease with BMW Finance)
Any other tips to save $$$/get a better deal?

Thanks!
