2011 320ed suspension

I have a quick question regarding the suspension of my 320 efficientdynamics.
It seems to me that the rear suspension is lower than the front judging by the gap in the wheel arches as shown in the pictures.
I know that the ed models are lower than standard 320d models but not sure about rear suspension lower than the front. Is this normal for 2011 320ed model? or am I looking at new rear springs etc

I have included the pictures in the pdf file to save space.
