2013 E92 Lease Advice
Current 2011 335i XDrive Coupe lease matures soon. I love the car but was rear ended, so I’ll let BMW eat the depreciation and turn it in.
Going to order this: 2013 335i XDrive Coupe M-Sport (Loaded) M Sport Package, 18” 193M wheels Convenience Package Cold Weather Package (disappointed about the deleted heated steering, so nice in Colorado Winter) Premium Package BMW Assist Premium Sound Package Navigation BMW Apps High Beam Spoiler Manual Transmission MSRP: $58595 Sale Price: 1000 over invoice = $55454 Incentives: subtract $4750 and then add “fees” (Lease credit, loyalty, graduation, XDrive event, Turn Key Credit)= $52014 Residual 36mo / 10K = 65% MF = .00130 Payment with CO tax = $536 Nothing additional down for cap cost reduction, just 1st payment and tax on incentives at signing. Oh, and last 3 months of current lease waived for pull ahead program. Seems like a good deal to me. It did not seem worthwhile to haggle the dealer for 500 over invoice and to waive the $380ish “dealer fee” and the markup on the lease acquisition fee, which would lead to time wasted and only a few dollars off the payment. Opinions from the experts?? And I know the 4 series is on the way - but I'll never get one equipped like this for this price. |

good deal! 500-1000$ over invoice is always nice. The incentives your getting is even better.

Just about fully loaded, including tax? Sounds fair, not OMG, but fair. With $0 down, convertible, etc. $69,495 seems kinda lofty. Was just doing this today on a coupe, so head still spinning.
