I will get a video of the dyno pull once the headers are on. I should have them on with in the next month.

I've put about about 70 miles on the car with everything bolted up and AA tune. Ludicrous difference (to me) for an N/A engine. Liking the higher redline when everything works in harmony. My main goal was to have the feel of my old 2005 330I ZHP back. Sans suspension I am stoked more so with the 128i now. Need to Dyno.

How much louder is the car with the headers? I'm guessing you still have your secondary cats and original muffler on?

Andrew would it help if I get a baseline dyno on a dynajet (hp, afr, torque) and you can adjust per customer tune? And I would not have the same tune as the general masses.

And my one worry on the stock tune, is whenever we give it a quick rev and release, the car revs late and on its own. It makes me feel that that is a scary feature while doing "sprited driving".

No you would need a dyno with all the parts installed. It shouldn't lag like that when moving. Many cars lag when throttling up under 1k rpm.

I do still have the factory exhaust from header back. It's not louder ( sound of the CAI is more pronounced), but over about 3.5K you hear the BMW growl that just gets more aggressive. All this up front. Sound from the rear just sounds great. I haven't had any drone or tinny crap sound at any RPM. I thought that without the vibration damper that is stock on the headers there might be resonance issues, but none so far.
