im pretty sure its your error cancelers. You can try ditching them and instead adding the caps or use the ebay kit from a couple post back.

Isn't there a company that makes both replacement lamp assembly housing AND a HID kit? All plug and play without having to add anything to it?

Anybody ever purchase replacement housings and HID for E90 328 from Bimmian? Any errors with their HID kit that comes with the replacement Fog Light housings?

I ordered a pair and hope they are of decent quality and it seems very difficult to get a response on this issue. One would think there would be a huge interest in error free HID driving lights and housings as they add so much to the driving experience.

i verified with them about the resistor and they use the 10000uf cap.

they also offer the slim ballast.
I just ordered these. No light out errors. The seller needs to send you the error cancellers or else you will have flicker. One major problem with these is that it is causing my TPMS to go crazy. I turn on the hid fogs and I get either a TPM malfunction or TPM interference!!!! I tried relocating it but no solution so far. The ballasts must be leaking some electrical interferece to make my TPM system shutdown.

I think I am gonna try the DDM slims with the error cancellers I got from the ebay guy.

Yes, the eBay ones work fine with the error cancelers he provides for free. Like I said before I am trying to figure out why I get tpm interference when I turn them on for my car.

I just bought this kit and I am going to pair it with error cancellers except i ran into one problem. I am a bit confused on where to install the blue positive/black negative ends on the DDM slit kit. I thought this was plug and play? please help me guys as I am literally stuck in installation. :-(

Well by the lack of response, it appears that people are more willing to buy cheap questionable fog lights off of ebay instead of going with a more reputable company like Bimmian. Shame people are not willing to spend money on quality products, especially on a BMW. I think I am on a Honda rice burner site sometimes here!

Well, I bought both the housings and the HID bulbs and will be putting them in within a few weeks. I will report back to what I see.

I can say that the housings look to be of pretty good quality and have a permanent half shutter preventing the HID light from blinding oncoming cars. You are basically getting rid of your FOG lights and putting in DRIVING lights. They use the same bulb construction as the HID headlights in our cars, so you get a matching set of lights.

Further reviews to come.

Just got my Bimmian HID fog light kit in today! WOW, what a BEAUTIFUL package they come with. Very nicely boxed with all the contents snugly packed in a very very high quality case. Looking forward to getting these installed tomorrow or this week! I have to say, they seem to make an EXCELLENT product, but I will update the functionality results versus the looks. If the package is any indication, this looks to be one of the best products on the market.
