So your injectors were covered in oil? I had oil in a couple of my injectors, and oil leaking onto some stuff. Had my valve cover gasket changed that stopped the leak. If oil sat on the injectors for a while they could be contaminated. Maybe a bunch of your injectors got contaminated. Under cpo I had plugs, injectors, coils, and vcg replaced by a great tech at a bmw dealership here.

Depending on your mileage, I'd consider a walnut blasting. But my first guess is injectors/coils, and maybe vcg (valve cover gasket) causing a leak. That is pretty common.
