Why not move the factory deck and connect it to the aux in in the center console? Then you get the best of all worlds.

the quality of sound is like a busines radio. I have conect the tablet to the parrot mki 9100 line in and I control the sound with the parrot remote control, is not the best but is cheap. The next thing I will made is buy the unika plus parrot interface for the steering wheel.

i have not money and I think people want a plug & play sistem and this tablet setup is very dificult, I had to cut some parts of the dash for made a perfect fitment
