Need help re-aligning the stock exhaust!!

I cant take it anymore... dont know how it happened but the alignment on my stock exhaust is way off... even from underneath its difficult to see what could be wrong with it. the left one is off the most, its sticking out and down, the passenger one is only sitting a bit off to the right but its not sticking out too far

crappy cell phone pic but I'll try to get some more in a few mins... any ideas?

You greased the ends of the hanger before sticking them into the grommet right?

One side of the tailpipes from what I remember is always longer than the driver's side
