Yes it is the latest v1.6.5.0-3961 updated yesterday not sure about release date. How can you see that this is the latest does it look strange/different in some way?
What about those error lines are they have to be there?

if they are there than they are part of new logging channels in the beta firmware. those are logging channels. nothing to worry about .

Here are some more logs with something odd going on. In datalog #10 this was just after installing the wagner FMIC and changing to stg 1 +fmic agg 4.01. I’m still running 25% E85 and 93 octane and the ambient temps were 81*. I got a boost leak code at the very end of #10 pull. I cleared the code and did a few more pulls and some driving around. No more codes. On pull #13 a while later the boost is not reaching over 12? No codes and it drives fine. I did several pulls to try to heat soak the FMIC but that was the worst one as far as temps go. No boost leak codes though. Let me know what you think.

Thank you for the info. I will probably get to it tomorrow night.

Loving the cobb so far. I only wish the v4.01 drive ST throttle map was more smooth and a tad less boost. I noticed I get better highway MPG with the sport map 4.01 then with drive map 3.01. I want to be peaking boost low 13's and the drive map 3.01 seems to do it, but the 4.01 is a little hesitant and was hitting high 14's.

Still, its great to have options! And nice power and smoothness!

im lucky enough to have a cobb AP tuner locally. hes done all my tuning on my sti, which netted insane power. what kind of power could he squeeze out over the stock cobb tunes? would it be worth having him do a custom tune. im looking at FBO,RB turbos and meth.
im just super torn between the procede,JB4 and cobb now.

What is the throttle differences on the alternate versions on the maps on v3.01? Is one of them between stock and linear?

Rob Irish has stated that the OTS maps leave ~25hp on the table. If you're going from an OTS stage 2+ map to a custom meth tune you're probably looking at a delta of roughly 50hp.

They're for 6MT only. If you do have a 6sp, just give it a go.

Definitely worth it. You will be looking at some nice gains there.

So I went back over to Stage 1 v4.01 drive map, and it boosts too high. It boost like v3.01 sport. I like the lower boost levels of v3.01 drive map, but the way the v4.01 maps hold the throttle open on the highway work MUCH better for economy reasons (3-4mpg better).

Will cobb address this issue when the maps come out of beta? I have a log, will try to post later, of the drive map on v4 vs v3. I will have to figure those out. (its 2nd vs 3rd gear but still, 13.2psi max on v3 and 14's being held on v4, big difference)

With all the E85 talk lately (procede testing and now the JB4 E85 map), has anyone thought about getting an AP tuner to make them a map for an E85 mix?

Should I be hitting over 18psi on stg 1+ FMIC v4.01? I installed Wagner IC yesterday and ever since the car is way more responsive all around but the boost pressures worry me.

Anyone? 18psi seems high for stage 1 sport. Should I change to st1 aggressive non FMIC for now?

I believe 18psi is normal for stg 1+fmic. I hit around 15 with just stg1 aggresive.

Boosting too high according to what? Are you overshooting target boost or is it your preference not to run the target boost?

I use the linear maps on my 6AT with no problems at all. Although I do drive in manual mode 99% of the time.

Not comfortable with that much boost out of the "conservative" map. Especially when the v3.01 was about right. Now on v4.01 there almost isn't a difference between drive and sport. I was far more comfortable running the lower boost of the drive map but when 90% of my commute is highway, v4.01 is the way to go (got 31mpg this morning)

I was just hoping they would keep the parameters nearly identical but lower the boost since it is supposed to be a conservative map.

I just mean that the alternative throttle maps are for manual transmission cars. Our options are ST (stock throttle) or LT (linear throttle). If you have an auto, don't pick the alt throttle maps.
