Have H&R sport w/zsp, but want to upgrade

So I have an 06 e90 with H&R sport w/zsp. I've put about 30k on that combo and I hate the ride. It's bouncy and any little bump I hit feels like I hit a crater. This is my daily driver and I don't track or anything. I was thinking possibly getting the Koni Yellow or FSD and keep my springs, but then again IDK? Since all these M3 parts are coming along I could throw in some too possibly some sways etc. Any Ideas and suggestions would be greatly appreciated!!

Thanks
Chris

Adding sways will do nothing with the ride.
The best thing you can do with the ride quality is change the shocks.
I've ridden in a car with FSDs and H&R sport springs and the ride was amazing!

I do hear the FSDs are really good with zsp springs, good advice.

I guess I wasn't clear in my post above so I edited it.
