Good HP and TQ but, Shiv: do you think the same AFR targets should be used at 2x the stock boost level?

you need to come get dynoed completely stock so we can get a better idea for the baseline! I wish we could find a stock XI for this, but you're the next best thing

I know the AE exhaust added ~13whp on a completely stock car... but I also have catless downpipes, intakes, and a front mount so my "baseline" isn't much of a baseline. I'm sure it will confuse people.

I'm pretty sure Tony would like a stock 335 on file anyways, I'm bringing the car over there tomorrow morn so I'll throw the idea at him. You'll need a baseline anyways for when you go this route

If they're not busy this weekend, maybe I'll stop down and give it a go. Looks like it should be nice weather.

Shiv-- care to respond to my question above? If you feel it is too far off topic I can start a new thread.

The only update I can give you is I dropped off the car this morning and they are going to start taking it apart. Should be done this week or early next (depending on when any parts they need to order arrive).

2nd? But probably for a different thread.

OP, Glad to see EPL doing some work. As a former B5 S4 guy, and farmiliar with some cars on this dyno, 400whp would be an accomplishment. Would have been interesting to see what your car with it's current mods would have done on this dyno on race gas.

Good Luck, EPL + TIAL = Promising.

We'll do some race-gas pulls after the upgrade to see how far we can take these turbos

>= 30 WHP up top, no loss of area under the curve down low, and we all declare victory (and Tial gets lots of orders) !

your dyno makes sense. have a question. do you think meth + N2O can add another 200 whp in your opinion? because that's what happened to F_B_I. base was similar so it got me wonder about his dyno with n2o which made well over 500whp at mustang dyno also...

If im not mistaken didnt he make like 478 or something on the mustang and adjusted it to dynojet hp to make the number ~530?

Yeah he made 487rwhp / 478rwtq with meth+N20. With meth only he made 402rwhp / 423 rwtq. with a completely stock baseline of 250whp... most likely around 20whp higher reading than the dyno I was on... but I don't want this to turn in to some big comparison.

just incase people don't see the other thread

And to answer your question, yes, that afr trace is desired and perfectly safe. No need for overfueling for in-cyl cooling and mixture homogenization in a direct injection motor with a stratified air/fuel charge.
