I use the Belkin Car Adapter which has the changer plus an 3.5mm stereo mini output jack on the side of the adapter. It was $39.99 plus the steroe cable was another $10. I also have the Air-Click wireless remote so I Can change songs, stop/play whie the Ipod sits in the center console. J

I use the monster cable low profile charger, combined with a iJet wireless remote with my Nano. Depending on how you code your MP3s will make a difference in sound quality. I'm happy at 192kbps.
