Bmw performance suspension/ H&R Springs
I've searched everywhere and Im trying to find out if anyone has paired the H&R springs with the Bmw performance suspension (old kit from tischer)? Im getting my M3 parts along with the suspension kit installed in a few days and wondering if I should change the springs or keep the stock sport springs on. Iv'e heard that the H&R sport spring rates are to high and will be under dampened others have told me thats not true. Any help or thoughts would be great.

You won't be happy with the H&R springs. Many here have tried that combo and no one I've read about likes it. The yellow perf OEM springs and the OEM Sport/ZSP springs seem to be a good match. Read the long post from MR 5 and you'll be up to speed on the subject.

Thanks for the reply. I happened to read the post but it mentioned that the BMW yellow spring were only slightly better than the stock ZSP. I'm just trying to be sure since my suspension is being changed out that I upgrade the springs if people have had good results with others.

I've got it. Doesn't really bother me, but I'm used to a stiff suspension setup from my past cars.
That being said, there are a few pretty big threads about this already. |

I've looked and the ones I have found were either talking about the stock ZSP or aftermarket dampners. I will be running the bmw performance suspension (old Kit) since the are a stiffer dampner I was wondering if anyone had tried a stiffer spring on it but couldn't find any info. Thanks guys for your help

Not sure if this applies or not, but I'm running H&R Sport Springs on stock non-sport suspension, and I love it, stiffness and all. Smoother, tighter and looks better too

I found that post after you mentioned it in your first reply to me and thanked all of you for pointing me in the right direction .It was exactly what I was asking and looking for. I was just answering Dcorn's post on the subject that the post I had found prior to you giving me the info didn't match what I was looking for exactly. Believe me I hate posting questions I have seen on this forum where people get their heads bit off for asking a question. Believe me I looked . Thanks again for your help.
