Who else did a DIY in the ACS front lip?

I did it myself and it was easy but how do i secure the front a little more???? ive tried a few screws but none seem to fit. Ill post pics later to see if it would help but im sure that if you have thios kit you knwo what im talking about. Also did a Poor Mans Piano Trim but i dont know how to take off the old trim without damaging it.

Help me out boys
