How do you remove the front liscense plate holder

I see 2 screws holding it in but I havent investigated it further. I assume someone has taken this off before so I just want to know is there anything that I should know before I start.

Thanks.

2 screws holding the plate. 2 more screws holding the holder. Then 2 holes to fill.
