Either there is a hole some where in the unit or you didn't shut the lid tight enough when you last mod the head lights. Some solutions:

1.Open it again and make sure to shut it the right way
2.You need to get a new head light unit since there may be a defect

Yea your headlight was not sealed correctly. But do what simp0man said, otherwise it can lead to problems in the future.

If you recently changed out your angels, or any bulbs in the housing itself? If so, check the seals and caps to make sure they are closed tightly.

If they weren't closed tightly, take the cap off leave the car sit for a few hours in the sun, or you can use the blowdry method but don't hold it too close inside the housing. Once dry, seal it properly and you should be alright.

Yea...

The person I bought it from had put PIAA's in there so maybe he didn't seal it properly...

Do I have to take the whole light housing off of the car? Or is there a way I can leave it in there?

I was reading up on the condensation in the headlights... Does it ruin the lights if its left in there for a long period of time (say a couple of days?) Should I be worried that it might damage them? The question is should I disassemble the Headlight and get the water out before it fogs up something else ruining the light?

You don't really need to disassemble the headlight per say. Just open the cap that seals the lights in and let it air dry for a bit. You can also use the blow dryer to get the job done faster too but make sure you don't hold it too close to overheat anything.

After you think it's pretty dry put the cap back on, make sure it's sealed nicely, and you should be good.
