Question Key fob case - yay or nay?

Do you use one of these and find them useful?

Is it an annoyance with the case when the key is in the ignition slot?

I got the M one and I like it

I justify the purchase so that i don't damage the key superficially but is mostly wank factor

thats pretty cool, im always paranoid that when i put the keys in my pocket my doors get unlocked.
I'd get one to prevent me from having to walk 50m away from car and then back tracking to check on doors.

I am thinking of the M key case too - is it a perfect fit for the key fob (I'm assuming the e82 and e90 fobs are the same size) - the photos online seem to show it as bulky piece versus the all leather one which has a more slim form factor.

Haha..wank factor. I like it!

I would like one! Where can I get them from?
It would work well for me coz I have comfort access too, so the key can just hide in the case all the time

I've got the M one. I like it. Got it from Tischer. Fits nicely and I can chuck the keys around and not worry about getting scratched.

And yes the wank factor is nice too. But at the same time I'm not that vain (and stupid) as to put my keys, phone and wallet on the table in public places - More of a private wanker.

Not sure on your model but the doors lock automatically if the car door is unlocked and not opened.....

Nay, too bulky if you put your FOB in your back or front pocket.

Yesterday I saw a 320d with Neon lights and Audi style LEDS. I was disappoint.
