Thanks man! I thought they looked pretty good. I wasn't sure about them, just because every time I see an audi A4 with the blacked out grills and the rings removed I wanna stab him. But it looks pretty good on this body style I think!

As for the shadowline

On a more serious note, nice to see another JB 330. Hopefully you mod it differently than the rest of other E90s on here.

Too much black will ruin the car just a heads up.
haha yeah it was... oh well. I figure people just HAVE to give noobs shit because they think we're all gonna put F&F spoilers on our cars! haha

And I totally agree on the too much black thing.

also, I will try to do more custom stuff to it later. but I am deffinetly going to keep it a little fresh and different than the usuall! Thanks btw

So... here's what I decided...

So I just put out an offer for this M3 rep front kit. It's Poly Propolene or however you spell it. So it's not shitty fiberglass. It includes the Fogs too. Its not silver like the pic, it's brand new. I just included it to show what it'll look like. Now I do this with sorta a heavy heart... I was really growing fond of the Mtech kit. But I am getting this M3 rep for about $350 shipped and I couldn't find a damn Mtech for anything less than about $600. I dont like the whole "poser" aspect of the M3 rep, however I figure the Mtech is almost as bad, just cause my car didn't come with it stock. But let me know what you guys think! I think it'll look pretty good! and no worries... I'm not putting a M badge on my car haha

^^ That looks good, reminds of Chewy's (another user one here with that front) car! And I personally don't think either bumper is poser-ish, but rather simply a matter of aesthetic taste. I prefer the Mtech, personally, because its more of a performance add-on than an M3 replica since it doesn't match it in appearance. But that's an unbeatable price, hope you get it!

I didn't think that baclk 162's could look good....

But they do on your car. Maybe it's the glossy finish?

It's definitely the glossy finish. They would look absolutely horrible in matte.

F'n A I just realized I spelled it baclk.... It's early.

I've got BSM myself, was thinking of doing the gloss black powdercoat just for shytes and giggles.... but I dismissed the idea because the pics I had seen previously had looked like poo. I think that was because they were matte though. Looked like big heavy steelies.

I wasn't gonna call you out on it

Yeah dude, I've never been a fan of matte. I think it looks terrible on everything.

Yeah i totally agree with the "aesthetic taste" comment! That's all i really want. I don't Like the oem bumper and the splitters BMW offers aren't really my thing either to be honest. It reminds me of the splitters that come on the corolla s haha yeah the mtech is a great looking bumper i just could not turn down getting the rep kit for that cheep! Thanks i hope i do too! If not ill just have to offer a little more. But it would only be like $50 more. Which is still amazing. IMO

Why thank you haha e funny thing is i actually STARTED with flat black, then after drying i figured they didn't look good so i laid some crazy amounts of clear on em to make em shine. They COULDVE been a lot MORE glossy if i had started with gloss. But yeah i think they still turned out good! They almost perfectly match my jet black. So im happy!

Im gonna take a shot in the dark and assume you meant OR instead of OF HAHA and i totally agree. In the words of the guys at top gear the front of the base e90's are so plain it just looks like 9" of just car... Nothing special. Haha

Thanks yeah ill try and keep the updates coming. Ive been pretty damn busy with the house and a job search. But I have a couple of cool additions coming soon! I miss all my previous Bimmers. I loved them all for there own reasons. I would have to say i miss the stereo in my 745 ALOT! And the auto close doors haha cause im lazy like that!

Never liked the splitters either, especially the CF ones. Its more of a cheap way out, IMO. I'd get a Hamann lip before I do that; totally transforms the look of a stock bumper, but tough to deal with daily (especially if you're lowered). I know you'll get that bumper

And I'm glad you went with gloss instead of matte, too
