Exclamation Need help removing broken head bolts

All three bolts have been broken on my 06 325i, I have replaced the one outside near the oil filter housing. Now i need help getting those vanos unit out. I already have the vanos special tool order. I need someone to guide me so i can i can remove the broken bolt out and put new one Thanks in advance
