Well here it is Monday, the fuckers wont give me a rental car yet. The adjuster is out of AZ so not sure how that will work. They are wasting time saying they dont know who is at fault yet. (Maybe the guy that admited he was at fault AND got the ticket?)

This is why i just bought a dash cam. Ive been in accidents where the other guy admits fault then changes his mind later on. Those fights suck especially in situations like yours when its the word of you vs him on who went into who's lane. If you had a dash cam it wouldn't matter what he said or what he admits to since it all got caught on cam. Even if the cam didn't catch him specifically on cam it would show that you were in your lane going straight when you got hit on the side. You'd also hear it real loud on the cam.

I got one of these. I'd suggest buying one for your next car if this one gets totaled or buy one for this car if it gets fixed. Its so cheap you can buy one for the front of the car and one for the rear

I just got the low estimate and its lower then I expected, they are not totaling it. $12,500. to be honest man, i'd push to get it totalled, your car is gonna lose a lot of value just from the accident alone and who know what else got damaged in the crash, i hit that hard fucks up a lot of unseen stuff and unless ya got a bunch of money already spent on the thing or new turbos or something i'd cut your losses, especially since it was a company that crashed into you and not an individual you can get a pretty good payout.

My wife lost her last car due to a douche bag that t boned her. The settlement was horrible, she couldnt get close to the same car she had. She wasnt backwards in the car either. Thats one of the reasons I dont want it totaled plus my aftermarket warranty will be lost. But then your right I want it gone its been bad luck after the first wreck now it has another.

I'm with everyone on getting it pushed to being totaled. It'll never be the same again even with repairs. Regarding your aftermarket warranty, you should be able to get a prorated refund back on it.

My question is i drive a manual 07 E92 and some times at different shifts the exhaust seems to have a lower or and/or higher louder tone and sometimes it makes a pop sound between shifts, should I be concerned?

Nope, luckily when I was side swiped his step ladder shit hit me first and broke so it gave some leeway. All body damage.
