Do they change the computer steering program through OBD or they put a chip inside?

Chip is something they usually put into your car.
It is rather some universal re-map closed in small chip which is put inside your computer. They put this kids to different cars not really adjusting them to the exact car... Re-map is going through OBD by cabel and changing computer data which in my opinion is better as they make the changes individual for each car. Check this out: http://unitronic.pl/?lang=de I know the guy - he is really very good at all changes.

plus, i added a film, 3M style ... i don't know the % of each one. I should take informations, but for the moment i don't know. but now you can't see inside from the outside, that's GORGEOUS ... from the inside you see outside. But by night or very cloudy weather, or in a tunnel, you only see the other car's lights ...

Actually, it's because they still have the soccer-mom stigma (like minivans)... That's why the X3 and X5 sell like hotcakes in the North America.

Hi Patman!
I am about to get my new alpine white e91 and thought about to get also M5 replicas like you did. Your car looks amazing. My question is: are there any major adaptations needed in order to fit in the M5 rims? Thanks for your answer in advance and have fund with your car. Greetz Marian |

Due to the fact that the car is lowered - do you know if this might cause problems in combination with the M chassis? I ordered the car with the M-package so it is already 15mm lower than the default. I thought about using the original M rims which come with the M package as my winter rims and buy M5 rims for next sommer season. What would be your suggestion?

when you buy tires, to have to choose the right tires to respect the circumference ! If you started from 225/45/17, i choosed the 235/35/19 to respect it. That's sure if you buy a 235/50/19 your car will be higher !?
