I'm not a regular in this neck of the woods, so bear with a new face here for a minute.

I'm looking into an e92 in Michigan, but currently i'm in Florida. I was wondering if anyone would be nice enough to check it out for me before I fly out there to really see it. I would pay for your help, and would really appreciate it. I can give more info if anyone is actually interested.
