What's up, fellas? Glad to see there are a few enthusiasts in the Western NY area. I just picked up my Z4 3.0si this past August. I've probably seen one of you guys zipping through 490, heading towards downtown Rochester around 6 PM in late September. It was a E92 335i in Alpine white. We were both doing some spirited driving. My car is in my sig and profile.

Anyway, is there an independent garage I can take my car to in the Rochester area for a good alignment? I'm getting some coilovers this spring. Thanks.

You may want to try this place out, I have not been there myself though.

Strange situation today but relevant to Bimmers so

Followed up with a client on booking his X5M. The number I have previously reached him on less than a week ago went to another person's phone number? I have triple checked and am 100% sure I am dialing correctly

Are cellular lines getting crossed? I am slightly confused.

I will 2nd that. I have been to Ekstenautoworks, along with a friend of mine with a BMW M3. They do a great job and love BMW's. They are into racing them as well as repairing them and know the inside and out of BMW's engines. I would highly recommend.

Thanks! I'll definitely check out the place this spring. I checked out the website and it looks like a safe place to bring a car.

We're running out of phone numbers. Whenever someone disconnects their line and changes phone numbers for whatever reason, the old number is almost always quickly re-assigned to a new subscriber.

You like to swerve in and out of traffic everyday? I had a hard time keeping up with you and honestly, I'm not used to having all this power plus the electronic steering. It just doesn't feel right. People at ZPost tell me the ride will feel better once I get these run flats off. We'll see. Seeya around...

Definitely ditch the run-flats, they are garbage. They have a comparatively hard ride and aren't good at the extremes of their handling. Some Hankook V12s or Falken 452s will be much, much better for summer. Or for the winter, Bridgestone Blizzak LM-25 or LM-60.

Your car looks great!!

Haha maybe I was in a hurry. I run the ps2's and they are so much better than the crappy run flats.

I'm definitely getting coilovers this spring. I'm still debating whether or not to get a set of VMR 701s with Hankook V12s this spring or just get another years worth of use out of these wheels.

I need to take it slow with the upgrades since the wife is pregnant and once the little one comes out this March, the wife will be out of work probably for a year so I won't have too much money to play around with.

Then again, one of the guys is leaving work and I'll be picking up more shifts.

PS2's are really very good!

Gen 3 of RFT are going to be on new 3er and they have very little compromise in comfort due to a firm sidewall!

Hi, I am Mike. I make shiny.

Hope everyone had a nice holiday and was able to relax a bit. I wasn't kidding when I posted up about the foam covered car pics "fooling" the weather to prevent snow.

I had a great Christmas! I didn't get anything Bimmer related but I am the only " car guy" in my family! I have a large family! 2 uncles on my dads side and then cousins... And then 4 Aunts on my moms side and then cousins! I am a rare one in my family!!

I love the lack of snow.... I could have continued driving my bimmer for another 2-3 weeks seeing that's it's been sooo nice!

I could still have my summer tires on now and be OK ..... I can't wait until March when I can take these winters off. They're nice and all but I can't put power down period. TC nanny kicks in even with 1/2 throttle.

That said the Quaife ATB and M3 parts are soooo nice. I'm going to post a full review after I spend more time on the road.
