You can check your home address and see what's there... From what I can tell some of Google Earth's almost a year old. I checked a little while ago and vesseltracker showed Patriot steaming west off the coast of Brugge, so I'm assuming she's already on her way to Southampton. Probably picking up a load of Mini's! Then on her way to the Big Apple. |

Me too !! OC finally says en route but I cannot get the WW site to accept the VIN number either. Frustrating, but the CA says TRUST me it's on the Patriot !!

My CA confirmed my BMW order is definitely on the Patriot - fun to watch it cross and know it will arrive soon. Is the bill of lading number the same for all BMWs on the ship?
Thanks for all the good info and helpful posts in this forum. |

I must be thick !! For the life of me I cannot figure out how to find Patriot on Google Earth with the veesseltracker software loaded.
I believe that there is a single Bill of LAding for the entire BMW cargo on Patriot. If you know it please share !!

I did ED so my bill of lading number is not going to be useful for you. I found my car using the VIN search on W-W's website before Harms or my CA contacted me.
The Southampton dock webcam is at http://www.bbc.co.uk/hampshire/conte...s_webcam.shtml but you won't be able to see Patriot go by. The webcam is located at the port office looking out over the Ocean Dock - right now you can see Sea Princess in the foreground and Morning Crown (another W-W Ro/Ro carrier!) off to the left. Patriot is docked further out left at the edge of the harbor in berths 34 & 35. This is where Patriot is docked - that's some parking lot for all those white-topped Minis waiting to be loaded! http://maps.google.com/?ie=UTF8&ll=5...&t=h&z=17&om=1 The sailwx.info site is linked to voluntary open ocean weather reporting. So, the ships will only show up there while on the open ocean and will not report positions while in harbor or close to land. I don't think AIS data (which is what vesseltracker uses) is reported on the open ocean.

Anyone willing to share a bill of lading # for the Patriot? I've seen some folks with completion dates that precede mine and Pamela is STILL saying "waiting at the port of exit, no shipping information at this time." Getting a response from my CA is like pulling teeth and I'm going NUTS! lol.

I thought so too, but was told by my CA and the customer service guy on the 800# that my car would be shipped to the east coast (I think he said New Jersey) and shipped cross-country. At this point I'm checking EVERY SHIP THAT LEAVES GERMANY!!!

It's now the 17th of May (Norwegian Independence Day!) and still no updates. What have you heard? I was hoping to be on the Patriot but, at this point I'll take ANY info. |

Mine was "born" May 8th.
Patriot is docked in Southampton. I am sworn to secrecy on the bill of lading number but will check for you if you send me your VIN number. If you do this I recommend sending it in a private message. My vin number finally appeared on the WW site under AUTO CARGO last night so I am assuming that others will also be appearing now as well.
