guys sorry to ignite this thread again. I went to LAX last month after seeing a 335 with 26000 miles. So I went there and met this guy Scott, drove the vehicle but when I checked the Odometer, the reading was 32500 miles, when I told this to these people, there reply was in a very rude tone.. "5000 miles dont make any difference, we will give you 50$ off" Excuse me... for an extra 5000 mile driven car, you are offering me a free tank of gas. They were quite rude in conversations as well..... Thats all I have to say.

yeah, don't apologize...the more independent verification that can be given of how unscrupulous this dealer is to anyone that is not a Bratislavan gypsy is important for all to know.

I am new to the forum...and have been chuckling while reading this thread. I had a several email exchanges and phone conversations with a salesperson and the general manager at LAX. I have never encountered a more unprofessional and rude group of people. I literally told the gen manager to discontinue all communication with me.
Fortunately, I found a great salesperson at Elmhurst BMW who made for a terrific buying experience. Any other new buyers...definitely stay away from this dealer. Last edited by Neuron22; 02-22-2011 at 12:34 PM.. |

Yes, they are shaddy. I almost pick up 650i from them. I saw the ads on cars.com, it say clean history, clean carfax, and etc2... Luckily, I have access to Manheim, found the same exact car on Manheim, but on Manheim the dealerships disclose "frame damage" on that car. Moral of the story, they can't be trust. So, I won't even bother buying from them.
