anyways, is there a guide on how to adjust the level of the headlights?
grab an allen key or hex tool and look for a white/beige coloured slot to put the allenkey/hex tool in and you can rotate it which will adjust the beam up and down...

it's over near the 'outer' edge of the projectors and it's facing up at you through the bonnet...

if you need pics lemme know.

vicxd? whats that?

Also, do you have to open the headlights up to replace the rings with led rings or can you replace the small standard ring bulbs with led bulbs?

I'm stuck with the light pattern. Not happy with it, but can live with it for now.

I tried to rotate the light globe, but the socket only allowed for the wire pointing down.

I didn't open the headlight up. Kept the original yellow angle eyes.

Tried to contact Jason at Eurodivision a couple of times, but still haven't heard his reply.

Will need to bring the car back to Hamzi (the installer) for other installation and will ask him to check it out.

'vicxd' I was referring to another member who had these lights..

yes I had to open up the headlight lens to replace the LED angel eyes.

??

bmroxM5... I installed some P90 with standard halogen AE for a Pre-LCI.. They are in my buddies car '07 328. Got some questions about upgrading the AE..

Can I jus take the headlight apart and replaces the 4 wedge bulbs in each ring with LED's?
Or is it better and/or easier to jus swap out for LED rings like shown here?
I prefer the bulb swap if it's easier, I figured installing the other LED rings was for brightness..

imo I think it would be easier to replace with the LED rings as shown here... these rings are virtually plug and play and either way, you'll have to open up the headlight housing.

Also the little bulbs (4 per ring) that power the regular AE on the Depo P90 are tiny and I think you would have a hard time finding a replacement and installing it.

Goodluck.

Actually I found a website to get the LED's fairly cheap..

http://www.ledwholesalers.com/store/...&productId=338

Found link on this forum somewhere.. It would be 16 of these and would be about $30 for the LED's.. What was your price on the LED rings?

Those LEDs still look a bit big, look closely at the bulbs powering the rings and they are ~2x4mm...

I have the bulbs that I ripped out of one of the sets, I'll take a photo to show you.

IIRC the LED rings are ~$200 but I don't even know if they are available anymore.

Yes they are the ones.

Hey bmroxm5,

How did you get the ambers to be off during the day? I just got a pair of Depos for my 08 e90 sedan from fishcake on ebay as well and would love to have angel eyes on without the ambers (I'm a newbie, sorry if you already answered this question).

Thanks for your help bud!!

Not sure on that, perhaps cause these are 'Aus Spec' headlights I did not have to do anything to turn the ambers off during the day.

If you only want them to be on when your driving light/low beams are on I imagine you could rewire them quite easily to do so.

Goodluck.
