ITS SAD WHEN YOU OFFER A SERVICE AND THE PRO IN THAT FEILD COMES THROUGH AND FILLS THOSE SHOES YOU CLEARLY CANT FILL. I would like to thanks Luis at OSS who personally called me today and is working to help me out with this disaster. Nothing it free but he is working his Hardest to make sure this is corrected. This could have turned into a thousand + disaster! When you want something done correctly you go to someone with a track record and warranty. Thanks again Luis at OSS. Im sorry but this is what I received in the mail yesterday. Left FEB 24. Return March 2.
A lot of promises, a lot of pictures WHICH if you look closely you will see in each on of the larger rings the nasty crap on the bottom of the rings where he tries to lock them down? It looks like CRAP. Not PRO status at all.

He CHOPS one of my domes to fit this THICK UGLY frosted rings on there?? But not he driver side??? HE BLAMES all the crap floating in side 2 small holes drilled in the back of the plastic for my HID wires to come through because my ballasts were blow. 9 months I drove like this and NOTHING got inside and no issues what so ever.. One of the rings was broke off because he packed my lights with his CRAPPY packing skills. THIS GUY DOES LOW GRADE WORK.

HE tells me I'm bugging him because I have no tracking number after he said they shipped and then later after the weekend I find out that it was still in the shipping area LOL. He calls me kid because I'm LIVID and this dude is a kid. A child trying to do big boy work and all these pics he posts you can see on all the larger rings there is this crap on the bottom of them to make them stick... SAYS OSS does the same thing LOL no bro. I live in orlando and my boy has OSS and its perfect work.

THIS GUY tells me to F off because I'm tripping at the lights when i get them back and then tells me to F off and he's not doing anything... I tell him ill have my army buddies take a visit to him in texas because they live there but thats me ENRAGED at the lights... Please someone tell me they would be either?? THEN now tells me to PAY OUT OF MY pocket to send them back??? and then doesn't want to answer me because he's so busy with his real work he has told me when i wanted my tracking number. States that Im annoying him lol. This guys a joke and if you have his lights and are happy with happy with that crap on the bottom or your large rings then i feel sorry for you... CHECK out OSS and see quality work.

TJ a real PRO would have had this shipped back asap on his dollar and fixed and back to the customer. You want my to pay over 80 some dollars because of your mess up??? I mean Im out so bad I don't know what to do here. I don't have another 3 weeks to wait on you because you are so busy...

IF YOU ARE A REAL PRO take care of this... FIX these errors and have them back to me in a record time. Then you can make up for this... but If you can't do that then you I pray for anyone else send you their lights..

Damn. You guys really need to do your research if you are going to send out a pair of $1500 headlights to a stranger that isnt a legit business or has tons of experience.
Aside from the Horrible installation the Rings themselves are the worst quality. Not even going to discuss the "frosted lens"
Just look at the cheap little LEDs that arent even placed or aligned straight in a row. How long are these rings even rated to last. I wouldnt trust them even If they were installed correctly and clean.

I've talked to this guy before. He said he uses rings that are made for him by a local company. Also said "I'm fair. I don't like to screw ppl over like these bigger companies." "I charge 400$ installed on e92. Paint , rings , labor. 1 year warranty."

I tried I sent it as a freaking gift!!! I was using my cell apt. Yup pretty much just ate shit! My poor lights. I'm a grown 31 year old been to Iraq when i was 19 and im telling you... A tear rolled down my eye looking at this hack job. I found a little pro shop here and he's just an electronic dude who does a lot of sound system and messes with lights on the side and he was like.... Bro wtf did you do? I said it wasn't me lol I paid for this. We both laughed. He said he will help me out but TJ isn't giving me crap back. Stay away from him
