E90 Business Radio CD Player Pixellation

Would anyone know on here how to fix this like on the E46. I would think BMW would of resolved this already from the E46's but obviously they have not.. .and BMW CANADA is a JOKE they don't care simply put it that way. They said its out of warranty too bad. I know there's a fix for the E46's but I'm not too sure if there's one for the E90 any advice is appreicated!
