Long crank after JB4 install

So I've been trying to install my JB4 for 2 hours now, I keep getting long cranks and rough idles every code on my dash turns on, DSC malfunction, engine malfunction, and bunch of other shit. I took it apart and tried putting the wires all back together and made sure everything was in right and it was . Same thing is happening. Please help. I unplugged my battery both times when I did install.

Make sure the pins on the connectors are straight and not bent.
Make sure the power wire is properly installed.

Thank you, I figured out what I did wrong, I'm such a newbie and feel so stupid about this whole JB thing, I totally forgot to connect the JB4 harness I thought it was part of the USB cable for some reason. Anyway problem is resolved! Thanks
