Tracking the "Capricorns" Ship

Hey all,

Just got the name of the vessel my car is on, but can't seem to figure out how to track it using the links in the Ultimate Tracking Guide thread.

The ship name: Capricorns

My dealer says it'll be arriving in a California port, so I tried the west coast delivery ship links on the afformentioned forum thread, but no luck.

Any assistance would be most appreciated!

Your ship is most likely the Capricornus Leader. It left Bremerhaven on 10/8. I believe it makes stops in Zeebrugge and South Hampton before going across the Atlantic. It is expected to dock on 10/31 in Port Hueneme. After that you can expect it to take up to 2 weeks to get to you.

Might I ask how you acquired this info? I'd really (obsessively) like to track the ship's progress, but can't find out where you got this info. Thanks!

I simply went to the dbh.de link in that thread and modified the dates to include the earlier part of this month, punched in Port Hueneme for the port and voila. I also looked at the roro schedule on the NYK website to determine the ports it might stop in.
