anyone take their car to Tucson BMW? I've heard great things of Chapman (4 chapman dealers here, not BMW though) but I don't want to make the 2 hour run to Phoenix

Just basic service for now, probably alignment too

I recently took my car to Mikes Tire factory in Chandler. I really liked the way they spoke to me and how well they treated my car. I think they do all of the alignments for Beyer Auto? If not them, another performance shop out here.

Probably the best alignment shop out here is Jacks Auto Alignment & Brakes.

They're slow. Dropped my car off last Friday for a sirius module/reprogramming and they're telling me Tues/Wed to get it back...and they didn't have a loaner. SImilar experiences in past visits.

*edit* and the Fri drop-off was an appointment I made a week earlier :Z

I was less than thrilled with their sales team when I was car shopping...big disappointment because they had 2 on their lot I would have went with instead

Any recommendations for alignment in Tucson? I won't be in Phoenix for at least two weeks...

I always use the Firestone shop on Ina/Thornydale. They've done my GTO, C6, now my BMW. They do a great job and give me before/after reports.

They have the proper tools for it? When I worked for Goodyear about 8 years ago, we never could do anything but front toe on BMW's...

I might have to give them a try

Hey everyone- I'm moving to the Phoenix area soon and had a couple questions about the heat. Anyone running any LED angel eyes on their E90? (Lux 5.1 or Mtec V2/3?)

I was wondering how these stand up in the heat of the summer? Is it worth me upgrading to one of these or will they fail quickly because of the summer heat?

I am looking at changing my angel eyes to led, but I am looking at the kind that only involves changing the bulb, not the whole setup down in the wheel well. I havent read anything about the heat having an effect on them. It is my understanidng that they run cooler than bulbs so I would think that would be a benefit.
Which angel eyes are you considering?

Didn't say a word about my exhaust or anything else.

They couldn't get the fuel pump coding to take and wound up frying my radio and gave me a new LCI radio. Good guys imho.

Got my car lowered last weekend (H&R coilovers). I didn't get to take any pictures of it yet until today when I saw the best background for it.

I actually need to take a better picture that is exposed correctly to see the stance better.

Hey everyone happy to see this thread!

My last car was a 300C SRT8 and the local forums were pretty cool.

I picked up a black 07 335i and bought a PROcede and an exhaust from a local member. Tires and wheels soon to follow (HINT if someone has a been on anything 19" let me know!). These stock 162 with tires will be for sale soon!

Welcome! "Has a been"? I have Black CSL reps 19" That I'm not using and too lazy to sell, if that's what you mean. But since your a 335 235 for the rear tires won't be good.
