Lots of people like beige. I personally am not a fan of beige. Beige is my least favorite. Well tobacco brown is my least favorite, then it's beige and then oyster.
Beige does work on just about any exterior color though but so does black. |

Well if you like it you should buy. If I had to give some advice; My first 335i had beige interior and it got dirty pretty quickly. My second one is black and hides everything. If you like the beige, just be prepared to clean it if you're a neat freak like me.

I have had 3 BMWs with beige or what BMW calls sand interior and I have had zero issues with keeping it clean or having wear. I am fairly careful but I don't give the sand interior anymore cleaning then the other cars I own...

I had beige in mine it did get pretty dirty and sorta stained from wearing jeans everyday. And when I had it professionally cleaned it washed the color out in the drivers seat some. I have black in my c6 corvette and like it more.

never been a fan of the beige interior... it's just too bright for me.
I think I'd like it if the carpet and all the plastics were black, like how it is with the oyster interior

Beige interior is a deal breaker for me, I can't stand it. The good news is lots of people seem to like it because I see it alot.

Not a fan of the beige but these are just opinions. Just be sure YOU want it. I almost "settled" for beige when I picked up my 335, but I am glad i held out for red int.
I got a quote to reupholster the seats a different color, your looking for 3/4k for decent/good leather from a reputable company. The decision is ultimately yours, it definitely isn't cheap should you decide half way you hate it. |

I saw a monaco on beige car and it was OK but it screams "old". I like black interior the best. For BMW interiors my list goes, black, oyster, coral red, brown, light grey, biege.

It has a nice feel to it, lighter and inviting. It was not my first choice because it's a little hard to keep clean. Looks great when it is though...

My car is monaco blue with beige interior, reddish wood color for the trims.
I like it. Everyone I know loves my car. Its always clean. It does get scuffs marks on the panels, but a little scrubbing with Zaino Z10 leather cleaner and it comes out looking new. I do apply Zaino leather conditioner Z9 quite oftern (every 3 months). |

Each color has its upside/downside. For beige, a lighter color makes a space feel larger and it doesn't get too hot in the sun; it's also harder to keep clean. For black, it hides dirt well; it also gets really hot in the sun and creates a "cave" effect. To each his own.
I prefer light interiors and clean my car frequently, so I don't need the hiding power of black. I've never had a problem keeping the interior clean. Oyster/Black is nice because you get the light color but the floor area is black, therefore hiding scuffs. In my wagon (Cream Beige), to get a somewhat similar effect, I use black floor mats.

I had a beige interior in my Maxima before my E90. I've always loved beige (and still do). It's a bit more difficult to keep clean then some other colors. Also, I have a friend with an E90 that has beige interior and the place where he rests his elbow on the door panel has started discoloring (mine is also discoloring, but it's only a different shade of black on mine and more noticeable on the beige). In any event, it can be easily corrected so shouldn't be a big deal.

Jet Black with beige interior - the only change I would make is to go lighter (I love the oyster colour)... too many with black interior...
My dream combo: monaco blue with oyster seats, black interior other than the seats. |
