Thanks. I love the car as well. Hate to see it go...but have no choice. I'll have to get back to you with the % of the tint...can't remember at the moment.. but the receipts from the tinting are in my trunk. Yes, I am willing to negotiate a bit on the price. My pay off is about $45 and some change so i'm willing to go for about $44,999 or so. Please let me know if you have any questions. I will be glad to answer them for you. I am looking to sell it asap.
Thanks.

Thank you..I'm not getting another car at the moment. My fiancee and I also have Lexus IS250 and planning on getting just a commuter car at the moment to replace it.

Reallistically, you are asking too much for this car.
I'll take this off your hands for $39,500.

Who cares about the options?
I bet the dealer would buy it back for 35k if you're lucky.

Dealerships buy back for a lower price so they can make a profit.

Don't compare individual sales with dealers.

If you are so smart, how about you go find a 335i at 35k and leave this thread alone.

Good luck with the sale--beautiful car. Please don't take this the wrong way, but I'm just trying to inject a bit of reality here. I don't know what the 3-series market is like in CA, but i bought my 335i spec ordered (6spd, sport, prem, cold weather, nav, comfort access, rear shades an ipod int.) for $46K and change in the Wash, DC area without much haggling. I think the other poster was offering sound advice (maybe presented a little bluntly) by saying your price is high--just trying to help you move the car. However, you may find someone that wants one like yours RIGHT NOW and is willing to pay close to your asking price. Good luck

To the OP, if you want to seel the car at close to KBB private party value, I would suggest using Craigslist or Autotrader. You'll usually get a pretty good response from many people. I sold my last car on Craigslist a little over KBB value, posting it on car forum will usually attract the lowballers, it's helpful though if you want to sell it quick and don't care about the price as much
