Good fun today guys,
...others can still signup for Sunday Donny, Ive suggested to Jason about the registry sticky, so you can make the request. Also, let me gather up and think of the best plan to implement the other sticky, to get the best bang. Zoom Zoom was fun time guys! remember to post our track-time.

Details?
BTW, I spent the morning washing my car and waiting to see if a baby popped out of my wife. Nothing yet.

Hi everyone...
Zoom Zoom Live its a wrap up! Fantastic time was had by ase2dais, shimshimhada and KL2DC. There were some grumblings intially on my insistence to be there at 08:00 Sat morning but were soon quelled by free morning runs on a fresh track with fresh cars (some had only 5 miles on them). Activities: 1) Mazdaspeed6 Performance Challenge: Goal is to beat a target time (42.50 secs) with the new Mazdaspeed 6 (2.3 turbo awd 6mt). We did about 6-7 runs on these all day. Lots of fun, free auto-x practice. 2) Sportscar Course: Free runs with Mazda MX-5 and RX-8. Did a couple of runs to feel out the car. Lots of fun as well. 3) Mazda CX-7 Target Hunt: Objective is to drive the new CX7 around a track, gathering points by placing the car within target points (laser under the car measure proximity to target cones and tally up points) while shooting for target time around the course. We did about 2 runs on this one. 4) Matched time Gymkhana: Objective is to drive either the 3, 6, 5 or CX 7 around a course trying to match target time of 27.000 secs. Points awarded on how close you match the target time (under or over). We did about 2 runs each. 5) Slot cars: Just racing around slot cars...old school. There were various exhibits, cars and engines as such. Everyone got a free t-shirt. Points gathered are redeemed for merchandise at end of the day. Conclusion:A lot of unchaperoned fun runs with someone else's car, free of charge. There are worst ways to spend a Saturday morning. Unfortunately, catering was non-existent. Zoom zoom live will be in town for one more day, tomorrow. I suggest you sign up or walk-in. Its boats load of fun.

Some pictures to share....
Shim, will post some video footage of some of our runs. Also, mazda takes pictures at various parts of the track and can be accessed later. Just to paint the picture ... the air was ripe with the smell of burnt clutches, brakes and rubber, and the sounds of tortured tires...wonderful!!
